onecowden
They'll still be moaning about the red card and probably get pumped in Montrose's efforts to assuage today's humiliation. That’s wholly accurate. Probably.

Brazilianlex
What a joke that red card is instead of raising a hand that Gibson didn't even notice, Robbie should have violently pushed him in the chest with two hands because that's only a yellow card offence !!! scottish football and it's refs are a joke. Violent Conduct: Q4: How can an offence be violent conduct if no contact is made? In Law 12 ‘attempts to kick’ and ‘attempts to strike’ are offences – so attempted offences should be punished. Just because a player avoids an opponent’s punch or violent kick it does not mean that the offence is any less serious. Attempted violence must be punished as a sending-off (RC) offence as it has no place in football. Q5: Why is striking/hitting someone’s head or face (when not challenging for the ball) regarded as violent conduct? There has always been an expectation from football that someone who deliberately hits someone on the head or face should be sent off – striking the head or face is potentially very dangerous so unless there is very little force used, this will be a sending-off (RC) as football must discourage this unacceptable behaviour. Ah right, didn’t realise “he deserved it” justifies violence in the rules of the game.

What a strange comment that could only come from someone that suffers a victim complex. And even more strange from someone that advocated violence in the very post that I quoted. The Minertaur
There was no way we were going to win the appeal. It's a soft red card but you just can't do that nowadays. I also thought you couldn't push an opponent twice like Gibson did but apparently not.....
