glassnahalf
Go here http://www.rsssf.com/tabless/scotplall.html Scroll to the bottom and it lists the final positions totals of all top flight clubs. Note this record only goes up to 2012-13 season.
Bully Wee Villa
This lists all the teams that have ever played in the top flight, albeit it doesn't say how many seasons for each, but gives an idea...http://www.worldfootball.net/alltime_table/sco-premiership/
microdave
For Dumbarton there were 6 seasons in the 1890's, 9 from 1913-1922, 3 from 1972-1975 and one season in 1984/85. 19 seasons in total since 1890.

HibeeJibee
Worth noting poor old Alloa Athletic on a solitary 1 appearance did start another season in the top flight, 1939-40, but it was abandoned. If you include the SFL Emergency League which completed that season then King's Park and Stenhousemuir would be added.
David W
Clyde haven't been in the top tier since '75 I think? As one of Scottish football's big 12, we're overdue
