If they are free, we can sign them any time. It’s the cross border window tonight. I think we can still get domestic loans until the end of September. 
I would guess it will be players that took his fancy while he was managing down south, probably loans.

Bachirou is a free agent I believe, so no rush for him, plus he hasn't played this season, so fitness could be iffy.
