Only 3 games today and already one upset (nifty for Celtic coefficientwise) as Macedonian side Shkendika held out for a 0-0 against Moldovan side Sheriff Tiraspol after their 1-0 first leg win.  The other completed game saw Dinamo Zagreb play to a 2-2 draw away to Hapoel Beer Sheva, that tie was over after the first leg where Dinamo won 5-0.  Third game could also be a boost for Celtic, Spartak Trnava won the first leg 2-0 over Legia Warsaw and so far it's goalless in the second leg.  Legia have a coefficient of 24.5 while Spartak's is a 3.5

No upsets so far today with BATE winning 2-1 over HJK Helsinki, Quarabag beating Kukesi 3-0 and Astana riding their first leg with to progress after a 0-0 against Midtjylland. As it stands now the only upset on the cards would be MOL Vidi eliminating Ludogrets.  The Hungarians are up 1-0 at half time after the first leg ended 0-0

Of interest to Celtic fans, the first leg of the tie between Malmo and Mol VIdi ended 1-1 with the Hungarians getting the away goal.

Elsewhere BATE beat Qarabag 1-0 aqay form home and Dynamo Kyiv lead Slavia Prague 1-0, the first leg taking place in the Czech Republic.

Liege ended up coming back to get a 2-2 draw with Ajax while Slavia Prague equalized late on against Dynamo Kyiv.  The only other completed game saw Red Star Belgrade and Spartak Trnava play to a 1-1 draw

In the late game, Benfica lead Fenerbahce 1-0 with less than 20 minutes left

In the other game, Red Bull Salzburg are up 2-0 on Shkendja at half time.  A result which does nothing to help Celtic's admittedly very slim hopes of getting a 3rd seed for the group stage draw should we get there

I see that game is suspended

Greek Police:
Not a single incident registered. [emoji736]

Sounds all friendly to me

Return leg could be interesting

Isn't PAOK the same club whose owner ran onto the field with a gun last year?

The final six teams in the CL group stages will be the winner of these fixtures:

Champions Path:
Red Star v Salzburg
BATE v PSV
Young Boys v Dinamo Zagreb
MOL Vidi v AEK

League Path:
Benfica v PAOK
Ajax v Dynamo Kiev

Some real 0 point potential here, especially in the Champions Path.

I wonder if they fix the draw to avoid potential poweder-keg fixtures like Dinamo Zagreb vs. Red Star?

Red Bull Salzburg, PSV, and AEK are pretty good, any other teams will struggle to get much in the group stages
