Aumedia started working about 2 secs before the first goal. Sounds like it's in danger of turning into a pummeling.

Keep your Saturday afternoon exploits to yourself please.

No doubt the centre of the defence is our Achilles heel, but playing Geggan at right midfield is a nonsense unless he is being tasked to do a particular man marking job on someone.  Coupled with Robbie Crawford looking out of sorts on the left, it leaves us with a really lightweight midfield.  Personally I’d have left Adams and Bell at centre back as Rose has been a bomb scare at times this season.

Oh dear...

Fontaine off injured first half.
Morris off injured early second half.
Fraser already out injured.
Draper suspended.

Young Grivosti is on for his league debut at centreback!
Assuming Watson (not long back from injury) has moved from rightback to centreback?

Crazy injuries in defence all season.  Got the fear now.

Hearing our back 4 is now: Stelios (normally back-up) Grivsoti (youth player) Watson (usually rightback) Kelly (usually leftback)

With Draper and Gardyne missing from midfield.

Thats more than half the team either missing or out of position from our first choice XI.

ETA: Fed duff intel, going by highlights it was Kelly at leftback and Stelios out of position at rightback.

Why did number 11 (McDaid?) not start? He’s been class...

It's down to tactics, both Forrest and McDaid are top notch, however we rotate between them and Crawford and sometimes rest Kerr or Geggan.

McDaid is quite often better coming on as a sub (imho) as he can use his pace against tired players.

Our last sub - our first sub that's not for an injured defender.
Graham on for Vigurs, apparently Jamie Lindsay isnt very pleased about it!
So  I guess we're now:

Fox
Stelios Watson Grivosti Kelly
Mullin Cowie Lindsay DKD
Graham MacKay

Ballsy move! Attack is the best form of defense I hope :unsure2:

Vigurs took a knock too though...

Aw for fucks sake !  Didnt know that.
What is it with injuries this season?!

So a change of shape rather than bring Tony Dingwall on? Maybe bringing MacKay deeper?

The injuries have started piling up since the sports science bloke was given his jotters. I don’t think it’s coincidence. Still, an excellent win considering how confident Ayr were coming into this game. And that back four...

Going to guess Graham came on for set pieces and the inevitably launched ball into the box.
