ICTChris Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 A "leading businessman" has blocked a story that the Daily Telegraph was preparing to publish about his alleged sexual harassment, bullying and intimidation of staff. The story was blocked due to Non Disclosure Agreements having been agreed with members of staff who had complained of the leading businessman's behaviour. The ruling is an interim injunction and the matter will be ruled on by the High Court in due course. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45964165 Have any P&Bers ever carried out bullying, harassment and intimidation and then used an NDA to prevent disclosure of their behaviour? Have any P&Bers ever signed an NDA after having been nonced up in the coat cupboard by their boss? Do any P&Bers want to speculate on who the "leading businessman" could possibly be? Of course, the answer to this is no, we wouldn't want get anyone in trouble.
