It, and the voting system, is why there is a monopoly on politics at Westminster. It would be interesting to get Westminster poll asking who would they vote for if their favourite party had a chance of winning, and who would they actually vote for.
Im_Rodger
East Ayrshire turnout 33.2%. UP 3.9% on last EU Election. And that is them all! Apart from the Western Isles unfortunately. Edited May 26, 2019 by Im_Rodger

G-MAN
Rumour that North of Scotland is showing surprisingly high SNP and a disaster for Tories. Move to BP not as expected. Could be shite obviously.

G-MAN
I just feel that telling people to vote for you on the basis of one poll that shows that the sixth seat might be between the SNP and Unionists is a little disingenuous. There were plenty of other polls indicating the Greens could sneak it. Either way, I don’t like when parties tell you to vote for them because it’s the only way to stop A,B and C. It, and the voting system, is why there is a monopoly on politics at Westminster. I completely understand why they do it though, it’s obviously an effective strategy, just not one I’m fond of. Fair enough mate. Actually agree [emoji106]

Savage Henry
Early results sound like Remainers have backed SNP, and Brexiteers have gone to Brexit Party. Labour and Tories are taking a kicking right across the board.
