Dan is seeded 30th for the tournament. Seeds Denis Shapovalov and Borna Coric we’re both eliminated on the opening day. On the woman’s side Jo Konta is in action tonight against Ons Jabeur from Tunisia. Top seed Ashley Barty eased through as did Serena Williams.
