Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Please please please tell me that England haven't just been counting the letters they have sent out. This shouldn't even be open the stupid point scoring every Government should be able to tell everyone exactly almost to the postcode where the highest and lowest levels of vaccinations have taken place. I know it's complicated for a spreadsheet to gather but ffs.

This should be public data, the fact they don't appear to be collecting it, is insane.

The drop in cases per 100k seem to have plateaued which is a shame. With the restrictions we're under is this a sign that people have just got fed up and chucked it? Not having a go if that's the case but we were making good progress until this week.

It's not from what I can see. The 14 day 100k average in Scotland is consistently dropping.  Today it's sitting at 288/100k, a week ago it was 366/100k, two weeks ago it was 449/100k.

The 7 days average today is 127/100k, and it has been consistently decreasing in line with the 14 day.  Wednesday always seems to have a wee spike in new infections. Not sure if its a weekend lag catching up of not. We should be below 100/100k over the next week.

They do have it. It's just not in their interests for us to know what it is.

Truly bizarre the way they create these situations where they make it clear they're hiding / manipulating the data all the fucking time. Sometimes it's not even that bad, it's like they're just predisposed to being sleekit

We are moment away from the return of the clap.

I've previously been in my garden having a smoke just when everyone came out to clap and it was rather awkward, super conscious to not make the same mistake twice.

This is what I don’t get, the change from people vaccinated to vaccines offered is a change where it’s obvious it’s to hide something.

The figure that is really meaningful is how many people have been vaccinated to not to give it just makes everyone imagine things are worse than they probably are.
