wonder when the desperation will kick in at Beechwood? probably should have at half time on Saturday

Probably all more concerned about checking the Clydebank score on their phones

Hahahhaha honestly, i get youre rattled that you got put out your cup, but seriously, have a word with yourself, all these players are on multi year deals.

Don't taint Talbot with this nutcase. He is a disgruntled Darvel supporter going back to his Rhubarb persona who ended up on outside when they were raised out of their Ayrshire village obscurity.

From my time following this level of football this is up there with the biggest upsets I have seen. Aberdeen were not as strong of favourites against Darvel as Talbot were 1/100 at the weekend.

That said as painful as it will be for Talbot fans there has been a lot of credit shown to their fans and club on social media over their praise and congratulations shown to Lossiemouth.

Talbot have had their fair share of fairy tales such as Ayr Utd, Hamilton and even there "almost" game against Hearts. This time the giant killing was roles reserved and I dare say you just need to take your medicine and get on with it.

There is no doubt gloating and trolling from many on here however that probably shows how high they rank Talbot as a club when they take great pleasure in seeing them "fail"

Could this early exit come back and bite the other clubs in title race. For as long as I can remember Talbot were the team that always had massive pile backlogs, in recent years Pollok, Clydebank and Beith have had sole focus on the league. I personally wouldn't be surprised to see a "shock" exit from current leaders in the league in view of Talbot not having a long Scottish Junior Cup run. This will be a concern to them.

Wrong, the pisstaking is mostly down to Talbot fans lording it over other fans for years.

It is all a bit of fun, and I would like to think the Talbot fans are big enough to take this wee bitter pill.

Anyone that despises another club at any level is a sad, delusional individual.

Without question the best ground from tier 5 down, puts a lot of league clubs to shame and the pitch puts many premier league teams to shame.

Pollok is the next best imo however not on a par with Talbot's ground.

That said with no plastic surface no doubt certain groups of fans will suggest Talbot are not a progressive club....

Great to see a club who actually invests in the future of their club and not just spending silly money while not improving or having their own ground. Fair play to Talbot and the people that run them

Looks a picture doesn't it? When you think back to the days of the bing and corrugated iron fencing you realise how much work the committee, building committee, fans and everyone involved with the club have put in.

Biased but an absolute gem of a club 🧡🖤

Bias doesn't come into it, it's an appreciation of a well run club.

It shows what can be achieved when a group of folk work collectively and have a clear vision of the future.

Just look at my boyhood club Pollok; ground hasn't changed much from the 80's, financially in a whole. Why, lack of foresight from past committees?

My local west club, Threave are another example of what can be achieved. Will find some pics and post them, for a small Galloway club it's impressive.

Stopped off last season on our way to Wigton. Impressive ground and social club.

For those who don't know Meadow Park.

On the right is the stand, Love Street I believe is the source, sears 100 I think.

On the left above the dugouts is x covered steeped terrace, where you will mostly find my good self.

At the top to the right is the excellent social club. Moving left you have the tea/pie room. Then it's changing rooms and toilet block.

Above the social club is an open, for now, viewing platform, which is part of the hospitality setup.

As you can see there is scope for future development both sides and behind this goal. As well as down at the social club area.

Lively place to spend watching the football.
