fighting irish
Dunno about other associations but aye ur right Ayrshire has confirmed leagues and cups null and void and national and regional cups completed at earliest available date.

fighting irish
Especially frustrating if you’ve had a good season, worked hard and on course to potentially be successful, must be a kick in the teeth.

It definitely is but the league had to do it. It's got to be about planning for the future of the game now rather than hanging on to complete one season
Thesoccerguy
Teams sitting bottom of leagues will be happy enough with it , likes of Galston etc, who were certs to go down , can’t keep everyone happy tho unfortunately .
Redondo
I dont think this has been confirmed in every association yet.
The retro star
So if you’ve played all season and are say top of first div and about to be promoted and are maybe in one or two cup finals then this is all void but if your in the final or semi of west it’s going ahead lol can’t see it means the same thing as in winning something for either team either position
The Tavern Tippler
So Ayrshire FA have announced league's and domestic cups null and void, we all knew that would be the case with the league's, but disappointing to hear that about the cups, If the new season has to start later than normal (say September) and there is only a couple of weeks of pre-season because of government restrictions then fine they've probably made the correct decision. But if that's not the case and restrictions are lifted much earlier and we have pre-season friendlys kicking off at the beginning of July a lot of people will be very pissed off that those cups have been abandoned
allyhall1965
Quote from the AAFA email The sub-committee and Executive committee will continue to meet in the coming weeks and months to discuss the different options to conclude the leagues for the 19/20 season, and what the 20/21 season could look likePromotion and relegation etc still to be confirmed is what I take from that ???
List_of_Jericho
SAFL have confirmed their season is over teams stay in their respective positions but no titles or promotion/relegation. Leagues will be reconstructed with teams leaving so the teams thay are in the promotion slots will be going up anyway.
