The Announcement board outside in the car park to inform people the next game and date of game. ffs its wooden, its all black and I'm working in the area and had to stop to read it as the visitor bit is light brown with "St Cadocs" written in Black with a smaller C. Common guys, we all think the Lok is ready for an electronic one that we can see from a distance instead of having to walk up to it !!!

leaguereformer
Game 4 down, still no sackings, who’ll be first? Martin Fellowes - St Cadocs Mick Oliver - Darvel Swifty - Cumnock Mick Dunlop - Gartcairn
Shannon
Gartcairn or St Cadocs to pull the trigger first with the money spent there. Darvel have downsized significantly & sold best players to their rivals. You can't do that in the Premier then think you will stay up as my team have found out to their cost.
Shannon
Drumchapel absolutely flying so far as well as Clydebank while Talbot continue to be the best managed club at this level of football.

Whatever you think, Clydebank and Johnstone Burgh have their own fan base and its up to them to grow it. Doesn't matter who puts money into a team, as long as they have enough to pay for what they are buying, players, players contracts, stadium, Astro grass etc.. then its all fine. These things will fall apart, not because the money stopped but because good, common sense was not put in place and a good structure not put in place incase of such events. Its up to each committee and chairman to sort that out, if they go down the leagues then it will be due to bad leadership off the park. If your happy with your wee Talbot then good for you, be happy go and watch them and don't worry about other teams folding or falling apart, just go and watch your team and be happy Edited August 11 by Bestsinceslicebread
amnarab
Teams that are spending money are spending to get out of the League, hopefully upwards. This season, it will hopefully be someone who is licensed. Then next season most players bought are on 2 year contracts then hopefully another team progresses upwards. It's about building teams and progressing and at the same time carrying support with you. There are different models that teams in this League are following and the ugly ones will be left behind. If a team loses its financial support then at least the supporters a la Darvel can remember the good times and happily reminisce. Yes, if you go down the Leagues then you'll lose support. It happened previously to Johnstone Burgh ten years ago. Been there, done it bounce back again. The more West teams we can get into the Lowland League then maybe the more competitive we can make it, getting rid of B teams and resetting the rulebook. Eventually those left behind in the West can resort back to the way it was in the Juniors. Oh and instead of pressurising other managers to get sacked, concentrate on supporting your own team. Saturdays at football, whatever level is fun. Meet pals, socialise, have fun. It's what everyone should look forward to. So if you have a free Saturday, get down to a WOSFL game and enjoy the occasion instead of sitting in the house.

Humility costs nothing, all football clubs mean something to a community somewhere if they get 20 fans or 4 figure sums they have a purpose to continue and operate.
