AJF
If you had to choose your favourite football kit that your team had to wear for the rest of time, what would it be and why? This would have to be mine. Passed on to me from my dad, while it doesn’t fit me (too large before the cheeky comments start) I love it and it reminds me of McCoist who is possibly my favourite player.
Golden Gordon
Would have to be this one. No other words required.

RandomGuy.
I suspect some Saints fans will differ, but I love the look of this one... ... hard to find a decent photo of it, but I just like the basic design. Most will go for the pinstripe Umbro effort I reckon... ... but I prefer the top one.

johnmc80
Yes, this one I think.Thats the very fellow. Loved that strip. Dosen’t look as dashing hanging off that headless mannequin right enough.
PauloPerth
Think pin stripes are far better with short sleeves. Both classic kits, but I always loved this one: And the away version was probably the best football strip ever worn by a Scottish club;
PauloPerth
The pinstripe and classic kits comment about the St Johnstone shirt two posts up, not that Aberdeen car crash that has somehow appeared on this thread

Couldn't find a photo of Alex McLeish flying through the air for a header, which is how I remember it.

Raidernation
Personally I’d go for the 1970 cup winning strip.
Ric
Can't find an image of it but the 1977 kit, looked not to dissimilar to this one which I think is the 1979 one.. Looked a lot better on and in short sleeves and on a player rather than hanging up. Nice clean lines, no huge sponsor and was the first time (I think) that we didn't have a massive border around the badge.

Says the person sharing their Rangers tribute 1980s shell suit number. 1 minute ago, Bohemian said: Theres a whole lot going on there ha Looked a lot better on, as do most of these, and the long sleeves don't help, but if I had the choice, that would be mine. That collar wouldn’t look amiss on John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever.
