Curmudgeon Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 Curmudgeon beats Albinorov by checkmate. Albinorov probably didn't do too much wrong, but I managed to pull out a good sequence of moves to trap his queen. Curmudgeon beats stewartmathers by checkmate. I was just getting my nose in front when stewartmathers had a bold rook sac which made for an interesting game, but ultimately was too costly for him. Really good game, you had me in all sorts of trouble as I thought my Bishop was covering the danger and completely missed the check on F7. Proper unfortunate miscalculation to lose your queen.
