That's not really the big story of Scottish Parliamentary Elections 2021, is it? There isn't really much of a big story at all when you step back from it: 'everyone has pretty much made up their mind' just about covers it, but you can't fill out two full days of coverage from that. Everyone apart from the Lib Dems, Alba and Wightman will be reasonably content with their showing. Although the Lib Dems are gluttons for punishment so who knows if they'll try and spin it as a vote for a Willie Rennie dictatorship or something. John Lambies Doos
Noticeable that the media are constantly emphasizing that the SNP won't quite have a majority. That's not really the big story of Scottish Parliamentary Elections 2021, is it?That will die down in couple of day tbh. Pro independence majority is what we need to get out. They can pass this legislation now, under will of people etc. Boris will say no.....and then courts. Unlike last time people will want to see this action otherwise they will lose faith and apathy will return

The long, slow death of labour and the lib dems isn't going to capture the imagination.

NotThePars
Greens missed out on a 2nd list seat in Glasgow by 0.3%. Ouch. That’s class if that’s true. Well done to the Alba boys and the #BothVotes no hopers just burning their ballot papers for no reason.

Aye, that shows up the flaw big time. The both votes SNP mantra will only have made in a difference in 2 or 3 regions at a push.
