The majority of this thread is true but let me put this parts of this thread and all the blinkered comments in the picture.

Companies house did indeed give a 3 months extension to COMPANIES, this is correct.

The regulatory body of Scottish football the SFA who govern the Scottish game have not given a 3 month extension for the submission of accounts due to COVID.

Approx 10 member clubs in the English FA are in the process of being sanctioned because of non production of accounts up to 31st March 2021 

So the original point to this thread remains unanswered, why have the accounts not been submitted, who is responsible for these accounts not being submitted and is there a valid reason why these accounts have not been submitted??.

The club or clubs accountant or someone from the board needs to be accountable for the lack of accounts and the very big possibility that Livingston FC will be heavily penalised by the Governing body the SFA for this, which could lead to not playing in Europe in place achieved or a heavy financial penalty or as is rumoured a drop to a lower division.

I imagine it's part of the restructuring of the club's staff that's going on. However I trust you'll skew that one somehow.

Id say the chances of Livingston making Europe now are very slim

They have been in freefall since the start of February, the 5th place may now not be enough for Europe due to the Scottish cup results and im confident Saints will pick up enough points to pass Livingston before the end of the season.

You are deluded. You must be being paid by the current board. 
I heard there is a question with the Lyndon dykes transfer money so the club tried to change the Auditors / Accountants as they highlighted the lack of transparency.  It’s a distinct possibility with a convicted fraudster calling all the shots at the club.
