Bizarrely there's nothing in the regulations any more on how they come up with the groupings.Everything is up in the air with covid anyway. Some countries won't allow travel from country x. Still recall Hossam Hassan putting Celtic to the sword...........think he was also good for Egypt in a match at Pittodrie. Brief stopping point for Davie Dodds too. As for the Kazakhs, you never know with them, so keep well away.
