jimmy boo
Newcastle fans tend to be very angry regardless. Was in the away end at St. James when they got promoted back to the Premier League. They were a seething mess despite winning the game (3-0 I think) and getting promotion. On my away trips to Newcastle and Sunderland in particular I've always found them to be really friendly and welcoming even to me and family in away colours.

Not been to Sunderland but completely agree with this re Newcastle. The fans get (very) angry with the owners and their team but that’s as far as it goes in my experience. Have sat in the away fans 3 times and never felt threatened before, during or after the match

19QOS19
The ball hitting a player's bicep (which is tucked in to the body as close as physically possible) is a handball offence then. I seriously don't have a clue as to what constitutes a handball now and what doesn't. To me it looks a ridiculous decision.

It does seem ridiculous in situations like that (and the Porto one in midweek) but I suppose there's no ambiguity - if it touches your arm before you score then it won't count.

senorsoupe
I'm Impressed by Crystal Palace so far against Liverpool. It took them a few games to get used to Viera's system but they are doing well. That being said, it's only a matter of time before Edouard replaces Benteke in the team, Benteke is too slow. senorsoupe
Liverpool - Crystal Palace should have ended 5-4, so many chances. 3-0 is very harsh on Palace, they played really well

Celtic got their goal midweek after it hit an arm, in my eyes not a handball but just shows how inconsistent the refs are.

Good fightback to get a point at West Ham, then a comfortable victory over Spurs last week before a decent performance today.

Thorongil
Scottish contingent didn’t cover themselves in glory for Norwich today. Hanley particularly had a tough afternoon and in those highlights Gilmour didn’t touch the ball once.
Grangemouth Bairn
Has Ole Gunner Diddy dropped his own £120m signings Van De Beek and Sancho or is Rio right and Ronaldo is picking the team ??

If they actually look like some sort of coherent unit then I would guess it's Ronaldo.
