Phillips455
Just saw today that there was a FOI request for the Covid-19 loans to the Scottish football clubs. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-58104430.amp Here is the table of the loans. Rangers have borrowed the most, followed by Aberdeen and Motherwell respectively. Hamilton and Ross County have borrowed the least. I am not really sure what to make of this. There are other rules in place regarding director bonus and more. Check the link for more details.
Derry Alli
Why are Celtic not in your table?
capt_oats
Just now, Mr. Alli said: Why are Celtic not in your table? Presumbably because they didn't take the loan. There's another thread about this btw.

I would presume it would be due to the Director Bonus stipulation but that can't be verified unless celtic come out and state it.

I guess Celtic probably didn't take it mostly because they didn't need it. I mean, at the end of the day it is debt, and we will all have to pay it back. £3m-£1m quid debt is still a fair bit to carry, especially for clubs that regularly end up bottom six, or fighting relegation, and if it means restrictions on what you can pay to who, and has the government poking about in your finances every quarter, I can understand why Celtic might just have thought it wasn't worth the hassle.
