That is under any circumstances excessive and the type of assault that could lead to horrific life changing injuries or worse. If he is not charged it is beyond belief. The amount of absolutely blind support for the policeman I have come across on social media is pretty disturbing. I appreciate we all have our breaking point and can lose the run of ourselves but regardless of what the guy is meant to have done there is absolutely no excuse for what the 'action' the policeman took. He is also seen pepper spraying a guy not resisting in other another video but that's almost insignificant to what he did in the main footage.
