And it was pointed out that this wasn't really in Russia's best interest, yet people didn't want to believe it. The finger was pointed at Ukraine ages ago.

ICTChris
Ukraine is evacuating the Donbass city of Pokrovsk, which is one of the main targets of Russian forces. Russia has been steadily advancing in this area and the Kursk offensive hasn't seen Russian forces diverted from here. A video has been released of the initial Ukrainian attack on a border post in Sudzha on the first day of the Kursk offensive.
TxRover
A video has been circulating showing a Russian Ka-52 “Alligator” attack helicopter shooting up a convoy. Turns out the video shows them shooting up a Russian convoy, yep, a friendly fire incident is the video all over Telegram.
ICTChris
Ukraine appears to be attacking bridges across the Seym River in Kursk, suggesting they are going to try to occupy territory between the river and the Ukrainian border. Some Russian channels are suggesting that the three pre-existing bridges have all been destroyed leaving only pontoon bridges left, which presents difficulties in resupplying troops or moving reinforcements. This is a map of the area Zelensky made an interesting point in his nightly address, he referred to creating a buffer zone in Kursk, which is interesting as there were strong rumours that RUssia would attempt an offensive towards Sumy after the culmination of their previous attack into Kharkiv. While the Khakriv attack was halted, it's clearly been costly enough for the Ukrainians to want to try and prevent further offensives.
