Why is he not getting involved and promoting an existing club like New Elgin in that case then? Or did he look at resurrecting Bishopmill Utd and think a new Elgin Utd name was more recognisable for this fantasy? I just don't get it. I noticed a reference at Companies House about a month ago to Lossiemouth United and it's the same Jason Allan mentioned above.
