Admission by application as mentioned, though it needs all three tier 6 champions to not have a licence - as it stands next season only one EOS Premier club (currently 12th in the league) would be without a licence... 7 minutes ago, Black Pennel said: As far as the WoSL goes, make it whoever had their licence first. The only other way admission by application would happen is in the case of EK up, Forfar or Elgin down AND 1 or more LL clubs resigning / getting liquidated. Then the resigned/liquidated club would be replaced by application. In case of liquidation, it would have to be irreversible before the start of the season. Otherwise the LL would run with 15 member clubs and the bottom club next season would get a reprieve unless the HL champions get promoted and club 42 are relegated to the LL (and application again possible in the case of LL champions up / club 42 relegating to HL).

Liquidation is, by definition, irreversible. Except in the imagination of Sevco fans.

I more mean if a winding up order could still be appealed for example, it's not yet irreversible. Although admittedly I could have worded it better

realmadrid
Would i be correct in saying the weekends results now mean that only Gretna or Edinburgh Uni can finish bottom of the league?

Yes. Also important that they are both guaranteed to finish in the bottom two (as between 0 and 2 will get relegated).
