Thehillparkbairn
If you're gonna try and be a smart arse - at least make sure you don't make any spelling mistakes....... schoolboy error. Spelling dosen't matter as long as i get my point across.

Monkey Tennis
Spelling dosen't matter as long as i get my point across. Rubbish. Poor spelling undermines any point you may have. When your point starts out as pishily as yours, it really can tolerate no further undermining.

I would say making up words is worse than poor spelling Edited May 13, 2012 by Thehillparkbairn

WILLIEA
No sure that's a word mate. I would say making up words is worse than poor spelling Falkirk fans were a pretty decent bunch. Then up you pop and lower the collective IQ of their whole fanbase.

Thehillparkbairn
I will be expecting a birthday card as well. And I will sent you a present too, how does a phenomenal young striker called Jordan White sound. Monkey Tennis
I thought Burnsy would make the step up to the SPL, but it appears like Dunfermline he just wasn't good enough. Just lacking some skill, pace and vision for the next level, perhaps. There's no mystery with Paul Burns; what you see is what you get, and possibly that's just not good enough for the SPL. Great attitude and a good engine, but probably just a good SFL Division 1 player. I loved Burns as a player for us and was pleased for him that he got a shot at SPL football. I'm not entirely surprised that it's not worked out though. I always felt that he might just lack the required class in terms of touch and use of the ball. He certainly doesn't lack commitment and his slight physique never struck me as a handicap. I was never convinced that he was quite a good enough footballer for the top flight though. I would see him as still being plenty good enough for the first though and therefore potentially useful for Dunfermline. If they're letting him go, I'd love him to join us, but I can't really see him needing to drop to the second division.

Homer Thompson
Good news re the signings. Particulalry pleased about Orsi and Reilly. Same, although I would say Black has looked just as good in the first team appearances hes made. Really glad he's signed too.

palmy_cammy
Great stuff. Surprised about McShane but if Magic thinks he's worth another year then that's good enough for me.
qos1990
Have to agree with FC, Black has always stood out as a player and i thought even last Saturday showed his class. Happy the dogs staying, heard whispers Morton were sniffing about again so to get him signed up again is a massive bonus. Good appointment in Sandy Clark, plenty of experience...feel we'll see his boy signed up now.
Hawk
I have always thought Black was the top player from that age group, just never got much of a chance. It is all shaping up nicely now, hopefully Nicky Clark still gets punted despite his dad coming on board. I fear it will be a case of Buy one Get one free I hope we learned lessons last season with wasted wages and a small squad. Katboy
Sandy Clark is a good appointment. A wealth of experience which I am sure will be put to use. Like some other posters I have a feeling that this will see his son stay. Hopefully not! Pleased with the days other signings. Things are beginning to move along quite nicely. Just need Robinson, Higgins & McGuffie to resign & we will have the nucleus of a good sqaud there.
