KingfaetheSooth Posted May 31, 2017 Share Posted May 31, 2017 Poster on here has suggested that Sean Kelly ex-St Mirren who spent last season at AFC Wimbledon in L1 has a contract offer from you guys on the table that he is likely to take up. Any news, confirmation or rumours your end. His best mate is Jason Naismith apparently. He started 26 games for AFC Wimbledon season just gone and scored 2 goals and did OK, getting better as the season progressed. Plays at left back/wing back, has a good cross and gets forward quite well. Weaknesses are lack of pace and not the best header of the ball despite being 6' 2". He's played as good against Ross County as he has bad. He put the shackles on Jackson Irvine when Irvine was put on the wing. He also had a huge brainfart when standing at least 5 yards behind everyone else, to play Gardyne onside for a goal that was laughably disallowed. My old boy mentioned Sean Kelly to me a couple of weeks ago after speaking to a now former player.... thought he was just talking shiiiiiite. TBF as much as he's the pantomime villain anytime he makes an appearance at Vicky Park, he is undoubtedly talented and has played really well up here and is usually the biggest threat against us. Humbleheart also mentions Darien, I assume he means Darian MacKinnon, again he's someone who does well against us and drives the Hamilton midfield but he's such a dirty barsteward i'd find it difficult to want us to sign someone who plays the game as he does. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
