To be fair to both Coyle and Davies, they were victims of their own success. Coyle did a lot better than expected at Burnley and I'm sure when Davies was appointed at Derby he said there was a 3 year plan to get into the Premiership but they did it in one so were vastly underprepared. If they'd banked the money and kept him on for the next season in the Championship they might have got back up, but as it was they abandoned that and ended up sinking like a stone. Both have been pretty rubbish since then mind you.

Arrived back from Prague this morning, reckon around 40k out there. Having the parade yesterday seems to be down to the fact Fornals is getting married today. 

Thought it was a typical final, not much in it. Met Moyes old man in our hotel after the game, and he was superb. Could tell just how made up he was.

Tinpot or not, a club like West Ham aren't going to win the Champions League, probably a push to win a domestic trophy given the domination from the likes of City. A fantastic couple of days.
