Only if you deliberately misinterpret what is being said, it's about what should be expected, not what will happen every single time. If you are at home and have a bigger budget than your opponents you should expect to win that game. So, yes, I would imagine Aberdeen, Rangers, St Mirren and Hearts fans are going into those games expecting to win. Losing at home to a less well-resourced club would be a disappointing result.
