Widge
May as well kick this off since we're halfway through the week. Who knows what saints will turn up, if it's the team for the first hour against Hibs, then Killie win, if it's the team from the last half an hour, we might actually win the game. Either way, May and Spoony both have to start, they made the difference on Friday and please to god, never let James Brown near left wing back, ever, ever again.
tree house tam
Someone smear the inside of Davidsons windows or lace his crayons with LSD. That's our best bet.
The Saintee
Aye, but Brown set up a winning goal last season from LWB. Callum knows best.

He needs to get up offa that thing, realise he's not the boss, after all it's a man's world, he's not living in America and he should get the payback. Anyway, a meh 1 goal victory either way if it incredibly doesn't end in a draw.

Fide
The mighty Ayrshire Kilmarnock will continue their slowly and steady climb up the table thanks to another nervy unconvincing 1-0 win. Dan Armstrong will score. Of course he will. Edited October 27, 2022 by Fide

craigkillie
McGowan is a doubt [emoji24]That'll be a blow for us if he was planning to play anything like he did at Rugby Park.

He's been excellent since then and one of the main reasons we have been performing slightly better.
Fife Saint
It must be a bowel-moving thought for Killie when they see the swashbuckling double winners getting some legends back in the team.

You trying to confuse us with fancy words? All I know is I'm shitting myself about the strength in depth of your expensively assembled squad.
Steve McQueen
We struggle to create at home & Killie have 1 point away from home. 0-0

The game was only 3 weeks ago and you’ve taken 3 points out of 9 since then. Sounds like the man is on form.
PSJ.84
Had my doubts when McGowan was signed, but so far, I’ve had a fair bit of humble pie - game at Rugby Pugby aside. We’re definitely a far better team with him in it. Will be a big miss.
Jamie_B
Spoony to start please. James Brown nowhere near a starting wing back role. Clark and May up front.
Zamora Fan
If McGowan’s out, who plays in midfield with Hallberg? Presumably one of Phillips (is he fit?), Wotherspoon or Max K, none of whom sound particularly ideal for that role.I just don’t think Davidson really understands why Ali McCann was so good in the midfield two and what he needs to recruit to ensure we don’t look so lost in there every week. McGowan an improvement on what we’ve had up to now but still a square peg alongside another square peg in Hallberg IMO.

Think Wotherspoon and Phillips replace Murphy and McGowan and at least all three give you something defensively. He played Carey there against St.Mirren but we were outbattled against Killie down there so think you need at least someone willing to battle. What's the script with Murray? Thinking along these lines Wright Mitchell Gordon Considine Montgomery Phillips Hallberg Wotherspoon May Clark. The amount of attacking midfielders we have is ridiculous. Two out of the three midfield starting plus Crawford, O'Hallaron, Murphy, Carey and Max all not there.
