There's a 5% capacity rule for uefa games, 20% for Scottish cup games but I can't find anything about 5% for league games. As much as I can get on board with Zero being a reasonable number of either set of bigots, iv said before and will say again, it should absolutely never have been within the gift of either club to reduce allocation to zero. The SPFL should be changing the rules immediately and both clubs should be told that the cost of ensuring security will be met by themselves until such times as they can get their own house in such order that no number of away fans are inherently at risk by attending. Football is supposed to be a sport for fans.
