We haven't won at home since 23rd December, a stat we need to change to give ourselves a chance to survive.

Caley are riding high on confidence with 4 straight league wins, 6 out of 7 in all competitions and obviously have a tasty semi final Scottish Cup tie to look forward to in a couple of weeks. A win could well put them 4th which looked out of the question a couple of months ago.

For all those reasons we'll be outsiders to get anything from the game. Hartley's just realised that Naismith was a collosal mistake and Morgyn Neill's boots are full of lead so hopefully both will remain on the bench. Heard Fox has a broken nose so here's hoping he'll be out too.

Blair's return to the side after 4 months seems brief after going off against Accies so I don't expect him to be in the squad and Miko broke either his wrist or arm in the same game. MOH has been utter useless so personally I wouldn't play him but we have little alternative in the middle of the park.

I expect a fighting performance and that we're competitive to the end but who knows. We're so brittle on confidence that if we lose the first goal early it's a riot. Now or never for us, doubt a point last week is miraculously going to breed inner confidence but it's more positive than its been of late.

Cove starting lineup below. Likely a straight 4-4-2

Leighton starts after being doubtful midweek whereas Reynolds fails to make the squad.

Scott Ross will be put to right back and up against Austin Samuels. Will be a test for him.

Vigurs gets the nod (what year is this?) in centre midfield after Yule is now out for another 3 months.

Stunning day at Balmoral. Desperate for some points but undoubtedly underdogs given that state we are in

Was it Mcintosh that got sent off at the end of the game in October?

It was.

It’s a bit of a morgue just now at Balmoral Stadium. Last time here our young team had already offended Shay Logan and set fire to the pitch… but no sign of that today. Perhaps saving their money for the Semi-Final?

Here’s hoping for no injuries on this pitch considering we lost MacGregor and Allardice last time out.

Cheers, thought it was him. I’d imagine most people wouldn’t bother with today especially with a trip to Hampden coming up.

No injuries and a stress free win would be ideal.

Aye, Dan has been awful so far. Frustrating, after some of the earlier positive performances this season.

Shaw has been good, nicking possession off defenders and being a general pest. Samuels has looked dangerous a few times when he has time and space on the right.
