I'd have been absolutely terrified watching those first 10 minutes as a Hibs fan. Getting passed off the park by some Andorran mob. If this lot weren't sub-East of Scotland level at the back then they could have won this tie.

The goals have inevitably come but any other Premiership side will be rubbing their hands at the prospect of playing them. A handful of decent/good players and the rest are utter gubbins.

BBC Scotland are predictably total amateur hour. Commentators seemingly not having a clue what's going on; just constant errors on who was booked, why fouls were given etc. This is also the first time I think I've ever watched the second leg of a European tie and the broadcaster doesn't have any mention of the aggregate score on the screen.

That Youan must be frustrating at times. He's fast, strong and tricky with an eye for goal but sometimes you see him play and he just overcomplicates everything.

That's part of the package I find. He dawdles often but rarely fucks it. Maybe could be more effective in most situations but I get a thrill out of watching him do 15 stepovers and making a 6.5/10 pass, cross or shot.

BBC commentary just said the last time we were in Europe was 2005.

I must have misremembered being in Norway in 2018 in the Europa League.

Fucking amateurs

Was that the same guy as last week, think it might be Ali Lamont? Lamentable knowledge then, possibly the same tonight but no idea.

Struggling to find decent flight prices for Switzerland.

Easyjet Edinburgh to Basel or Edelweiss Edinburgh to Zurich are the only real direct options but both have been eye wateringly expensive for a while now.

Luzern is a cracking city for a session, and a decent ground to watch football in also. Would probably have them as favourites for the tie but they have a lot of players there who are inconsistent and untried at European level, so it’s far from a long shot for you.

Anyway, how easy will it be to score a ticket in the away end?

Thats exactly who it was.

I dont expect some kind of Hibs Historian knowledge but he stated that the last time we were in was 2005 v Dnipro "except for a couple of forays in the Intertoto Cup which I dont count".

Since the Dnipro match we have been in the Europa cup 3 times (going out to Maribor, Malmo, Molde).

None of this is difficult to find, and you would expect a commentator to have done his homework.............esp as he has had a week since the first leg !!

I think it was maybe 4 times. Did we not go out to Brondby in 2016 aswell? Qualified after winning the cup.

We lost at home to them, won away and then on pens - this was the round before Molde.

I thought they took their name from the Malmo result.

Giving themselves any name with "7" in it is a bit of an open goal.
