LeedsPhil
table as it is now (Friday afternoon 15th March) and what it would be if St Peter's results were to be expunged. Biggest loser would be Rossvale, dropping from 3rd to 5th, their 6-2 and 2-1 wins over St Peter's disappearing.

Going by twitter they're playing at their namesake high school right now. Doesn't seem like the more permanent venue they were hoping to have in place is official yet.
AMP28
Anyone know of any rules for just cancelling games with no reason? They will obviously lose the points and possibly deducted points further. they have a decent U20 team so surprised they can’t get 11 boys, maybe just don’t fancy putting them against top of league

Or did the Blazers just vote for the Sevco Lite shirts?

AMP28
St Peters have poached Knightswood managers and coaches, wonder if any players will follow them.

Life would be perfect for you if football clubs could run themselves without these volunteers who give of their time (and quite regularly their own money) and for whom you have so much disrespect, eh ?

Doesn't seem like the more permanent venue they were hoping to have in place is official yet. The Council (by way of the rest of the football community in Dumbarton) forced what was a rushed proposal to save the council money by gifting a community asset to a single male adult team controlling rights on East End Park. They've been asked to consult and work with the existing two community clubs that currently use 90% of the lets on that site for a potential solution that accommodates all. (personally not sure that's possible at EEP) Seems the neither the council nor St Pats done much due diligence on the existing use of EEP (100s of kids, multiple girls and women teams, several disabled teams) or on its designation as a community asset for past and future funding. If they had they would have known the 2 community clubs had worked for years to try and take over running of the site and could never make it work financially. Hopefully there is a solution for St Pats, would love to see them in the WOSFL.

Spyro
Are they allowed to sign players so late in the season? It is all just pure amateur league stuff
EK man
Clubs can sign, transfer and register players upto midnight on 31st March. After that date essentially you can only sign and play players if they were released from their "senior" team prior to 31st March. Players playing at a lower grade of football, eg amateur, can play as trialist with permission from their club.
