The Olusanya offside is infuriating, he's marginally offside but three Aberdeen players have played the ball before we score. There's two clearances from Aberdeen that are picked up by a St Mirren player.

Again, this goes back to the question of 'how many phases of play' are acceptavle and the linesman being completely redundant even being there. I said at time Olusanya was clearly offside and as soon as it went in, expected it to be called back but there were several phases of play afterwards and the ball was in play for what felt like about 15 or 20 seconds afterwards.  Aberdeen had two clearances as you say and play continued. If one of those had broken and Aberdeen had gone up park and scored, would it still have been disallowed?

‘All football fans are delusional’ is the kind of thing you tell yourself to justify delusion.

Any football who claims they are not delusional is only displaying how delusional they are.

It's a Catch 22 - there is no way around it.

The more reasonable among us have accepted that.

if they get 5 million for that big lump that's a bigger robbery than today.

Nice to see Bojan recover from his career-threatening injury that forced him to miss two big matches for his country this summer.

One of these pre-meditated assaults on promising players that Robinson teams seem to specialise in.

A wee celebration at the end - who can blame him?

Even with this the tv isn’t conclusive as there is another centre half out of the picture.
It looked like the VAR mindset was ‘is there a reason I can disallow this goal’  seems unusual to go back so many phases of play.

What the f**k is the point in VAR if they can't pick up on mistakes like that today. It's a total waste of time (quite literally).

The thing with VAR is, it CAN be great when it goes in your favour. When it goes against you, it is shite. In general it can go in the bin though.

Is there a video of the penalty that shows it being struck twice?

As I said previously, I was convinced from behind the goal that it happened and it would be chalked off, but maybe my Aberdonian pessimism shining through.

If a video of him kicking it twice was there, it would have been disallowed.

St Mirren players cheated their fans. Regardless of any perceived VAR injustice(s) St Mirren should have won that at a canter, but they weren't good enough.

VAR got it wrong- 2-1 Saints.

You can see it on Sportscene. Definite double touch.

He quite clearly strikes the ball off his standing foot, you got away with one, so don’t be a fucken dick.

It shouldn't be going for / against anyone though. That double touch review today is blatantly wrong. How can that happen ?

I get that decisions go for / against a team using it but they should not be making mistakes like that today. Most folk in the ground thought it looked like a double touch and it was. Pathetic decision.

I mean, I don’t care either way and just delighted that it counted, but you might have too much faith in the competence of Scottish officials there.
