I think he's missing out on the P&B opinion polls as a way to show the football elite what the masses think.

A quick check shows that he won the popular vote on the most recent Aberdeen, Motherwell, Dundee United, Dundee and Rangers next permanent manager polls and narrowly lost Ayr United to Wesley Snipes.

He should be putting this on his CV.

Depends what Hibs are after tbh. 

If they're looking to short term fix then Mcinnes would be a great shout.
