Deadly Dees vs Penalty to Rangers

Scummiest fans going. Their team deservedly won at a canter. But they’ll win nothing again this season. Ref/police should have had the balls to abandon it.

In the weeks where Celtic fans support the killing of over one thousand Jews, setting off some flares is seen as worse.

Britain’s number one

Catching the highlights on Sportscene now.

First goal is a bad spill from Carson but no one covered themselves in glory there. Balogun picks the ball up on the edge of the Rangers box and starts dribbling forward expecting a tackle, which never comes. You could drive a bus through the gap Dundee left in the middle of the park and he slips it through for Danilo with Lamie getting no where near him but doing enough to play him onside. Shocking.

Second goal Donnelly gets far too tight to Jack and gets rolled. No one picks up Sima and he has he easiest pass in the world to set Danilo up. Again, a Dundee CB too slow to react to what's happening and plays a Rangers attacker onside.

Third goal is a banger. It happens.

Fourth. Well, what can you do when the fucking ref blocks a player off. McCowan should probably have whinged less and tried to stop the counter but it's just a shit show.

Fifth. Cameron gets a bit unlucky, ball comes off his leg and he stamps on Taverniers foot while trying to retrieve it. Probably was a pen.

5 past Carson.

you boys are still absolutely rhattled by the man.

Still, at least you softened the blow by betting £25 on Celtic to beat St Mirren.

at 1-1.

With it approaching injury time.

Wonder how much money you'd make over the course of a season if you put a fiver on a Rangers penalty every game.

Only 2 firms offering odds on a penalty in the match for the semi on Sunday. As we know Rangers don't concede pens we can deduce that these are the odds for a penalty to rangers. SkyBet are 13/8 and Hills 2/1.

It must be quite time consuming defending criticism aimed at the current club playing out of Ibrox. Last night's match alone had three major controversial incidents.

Firstly we had a lengthy delay before kick off caused by the club company not following its own advice regarding allowing sufficient time for travel to Dens Park. Can anyone genuinely see any action being taken over this matter?

Then we had a stoppage because sufficient numbers of selfish morons in the stand created a potential health and safety issue just because their fun is deemed more important than abiding by mere laws of the land aimed at keeping fans safe. Again, any punishment likely?

Finally, though not of Rangers*' making, the match referee, however inadvertently, broke up a Dundee attack, leading directly to a Rangers* goal.

Nobody's claiming any of these incidents ultimately affected the outcome of the game, but to find they are laughed aside with "move along diddies, nothing to see here" must be particularly galling for the Dundee fans.
