He didn't "get injured."   He was deliberately taken out by Taylor-Sinclair but I'm sure you knew that.

I genuinely wish that were true, even though we both know it's not.

Imrie is a wee ned so it's pleasing seeing the wheels come off after Morton's recent run.

Deliberately yeah.

A proper shame to see you struggling without him.

Proper. Shame.

Oh it's absolutely true.  It happened right in front of me.   Oakley knew it and so did his assailant.

Guys, guys. Come on. Surely you can find common ground in that your silly wee teams have been (or will imminently be) absolutely pumped by the Gorgie Globetrotters?

Well if you don't pump us you're basically shite.  See you Monday 😘

Nothing more infuriating than a goalkeeper getting countless warnings for time wasting and then only finally getting booked in injury time when the game is done.

I don't understand why warnings are even given for it, should be a yellow card every time

Shame Oakley got injured.

A real shame.

I’m hoping Oakley is back in time for our next visit to Airdrie. I’d like to see him put that hyphenated p***k in hospital. Apart from assaulting Oakley, Taylor-Sinclair also should have seen red for his aerial assault on Crawford.

I agree.  It happens with the opposition almost every single week at Tannadice so it was nice to see the reverse happening.  Seems United are perhaps finally learning how the game works in the Championship.

He only came back into the team for the game against you guys.

He's tucked away safely on the bench again.

"Hyphenated p***k" .

Fair play to you.

This!  I actually enjoyed us doing some shithousery for a change rather than being on the receiving end of it

Agreed - I think we played the situation well last night. Not pretty, not enjoyable to watch, but after some recent results, the win is all that matters

Last night's the first time I'll be willing to accept this anti-football Morton ideology. Woeful. Punt the ball as far away from our own goal as possible and hope for the best. No one wanted to win the first or second balls enough. I want to put it down to tired legs but 36 year old Alan Power had no issue with it.

Plenty credit in the bank and still in a strong position anyway, just need to find a different way to get through the last 9 games.

Oh we look forward to the return leg too. On a decent pitch.

I've absolutely no problem with an away team, a goal up, hitting the deck at every opportunity and slowing down the restart; it worked.

Complaint is with the gimp of a referee, who let them do it for over an hour. At certain points he was waiting around until the Utd players were gracious enough to agree to continue the game. Eye-bleeding stuff.

He could have played about twenty minutes additional time (aye, I know: we still wouldn't have scored).

We learned it from Dunfermline (although they didn't need to be a goal up for it)

A hero from our legendary 2012/13 team still sticking the boot into Morton over a decade later.

Delicious. It really is.
