Dees vs. The Rubbers, Sunday 11th Feb, 2pm

I’m not saying we will, but imagine you’re a Dundee fan and we Saints come and win the game to go ahead of you in the league. Probably unlikely, but given our respective trajectories earlier in the season, to now be only two points behind Dundee is astonishing.

'Astonishing'

Tbf this was the table after the first round of fixtures.

You then beat St Mirren 4-0 in your next game.

The idea we'd be above you after another 10 games wouldnt have crossed anyones mind at this point considering the start of the season we'd had.

So in 12 games you'd have 'astonishingly' managed to close the gap by two points, whilst playing a game more.

Roy of the Rovers stuff going on in Perth.

If you saw us in those first 11 games, youd understand.

I really can't see it happening looking at the forecast for the days building up to it.

Another heavy precipitation of tears and snotters from the barley harvesters is my prediction.

Was just thinking this. Snow followed by rain, coupled with the Dees inability to host a football match means this will most likely be off.

Need to just wait for our chance to pip them for that sixth spot.

As our resident statistician has any other club over the course of 12 games ever previously managed to get 1 point closer to another club? -  assuming we win the game in hand.

I don't usually pay much attention to GD, but 16 goals scored in 24 games?

As if watching football in Perth wasn't purgatory enough. Jeez.

I think we've only scored twice away im the league all season.
