To remind you how football often makes little sense. Somehow we contrived to lose a game 2-1 with the opposition having only 1 shot on target. I mean recently it is 1 shot on target = 1 goal. Gianfranco Posted February 13 Share Posted February 13 (edited) We’ve ground out quite a lot of draws on the road recently where we’ve been unlucky not to win (St Mirren, Hibs and St J spring to mind). That 5 months stat is a joke though. We were so poor on Friday that I wouldn’t be surprised if this was one of the freak 3-0 away wins this fixture seems to have often just to make the cup exit even more annoying. Although Miovski will fancy scoring at least one. I’d like at least one of the new wing backs to get a start and Vale or Nicholson in for Paton. I’d also start Halliday but not sure who I’d drop. I watched most of our games during lockdown but most of them blur into nothingness now.
