It is our time to shine
I thought 2-1 flattered Ayr. Should have been 4 or 5 . Ayr were poor. Queen's Park were very good away from home.

Is it him and Paton working so well together?

Aye, the two of them make a ridiculous partnership. Honestly cannot believe how good he's been for us.
williebraveheart
That was really comfortable. Could have been a cricket score. Ayr lived up to my expectations - a very poor team. Position 9 for them at the season end. Sheridan and Wilson are out of this world in this division.
callum-ayr
That was absolutely pathetic, Sanders and McGinty are laughably bad. The full game looked like we had just picked 11 guys up and flung them together for the first time. McGinley not even on the bench, apparently a mix of not fit and just push. Who’s sanctioned a contract for him? Just throwing money away for the sake of bringing in a left back. Amartey getting MOTM and everyone just laughing summed us up.
callum-ayr
Also the amount of times we lost the ball around 10-15 yards to the box was criminal, that’s where the second goal came from. Fuming thinking back. Edited March 23 by callum-ayr
Oceanlineayr
Honking all round from Ayr. Sanders is absolutely woeful on the ball and for Paton's first goal the nearest Ayr player is about 10 yards away from him. I do not know how Queens Park did not make it 2 for half time with that one on one that our keeper saved. Was a decent save though given the situation. Sanders seems to make a goal costing mistake in every game he has played. Did feel abit sorry for him as his confidence must be gubbed. Goal he scored looked allright. Looked a really sore one for Louis Longridge, afterwards he looked pretty rough walking along the touchline to dressing room.

Lessons were learnt from Pars game, onwards & upwards 3-1 Broony is a massive bampot, I'm afraid. You'll be desperate to get rid of him by December at the latest.

The partnership is tremendous but I do think an aspect of Sheridan’s form is being given a proper chance from the start of games. A quick glance and Sheridan made zero starts for Inverness in the league and only 5 across a couple of season at yourselves. Granted you still need to prove your worth when coming off the bench, a manager showing legitimate faith in him seems to be paying dividends
Peil
What on earth was that temper tantrum from Paton about at full time? Proper heads gone effort
