Web site broken , nobody to update it.

I'm not, generally speaking, a betting man, but if we go down via the play-offs, as 'interesting' as it would be for you, I'm fairly certain who'd I'd wager will be coming back up soonest. Depends entirely on whether Haughey continues to throw money at the QP project or decides to scale things back completely. If QP had to survive as a professional club with their miniscule fan base they'd be heading for return to places like Coatbridge and Berwick. Arbroath are an established semi professional club with a decent sized support who are in no danger of dropping like a stone if one man decided to walk away.

A group therapy session in a suitable hostelry is probably required. 2023/4 is a season I would like to forget quite quickly. What have you lot have to fret about. You came up, you’re probably staying up (3 points from us on Saturday), you’re flying high by QP (and Arbroath) standards.

We've won two of our last eleven games, and haven't scored in the most recent four of them while playing some fairly horrific football. There's absolutely no reason to assume we're definitely beating Arbroath never mind Airdrie right now.

A season that promised so much has frustrated and disappointed us. We knew we had a weaker squad this year but hoped that a promotion playoff spot might have been achieveable. Failing that a mid table finish. Instead we are at the other end as seasoned pros soon sussed out the naivety in our young teams and some suicidal tactics by our previous manager didn't help. The main gripe is thay with the talent and resources thay QP have we should not be in ninth place. If we stay there we might survive but we have not had much go our way this year so I'd rather avoid the playoffs if possible. Sorry to see Arbroath go down but think you will boss L1.

To be fair, 10 of our 37 points came from Inverness and Dunfermline away! Edited April 25 by Zanetti

That's got to be appealing to a certain type of sponsor!

Well, if our fan base continues to grow at the rate it has done over the past 2-3 years then we should be fine. And if we continue down the route of youth development and continue to find and sell on players like Callun McKenna we should be even finer. Thanks for your concern though.
Mission
The comment about the minuscule fan base must also apply to half of the other clubs in the championship as well then. There are only 200 between six of the clubs in the league including us according to Cinch's average gates. Add on that we have had a very poor season and we are no worse supported than most clubs. Yes, this includes away support but that same support visits everyone else.
Hampden Diehard
QP fans have one end of terracing tomorrow as well as a couple of sections in the stand.

farflung lichtie
We must be on one of the worst runs in the club history - 8 defeats in a row. We were somewhat unfortunate against Morton last week though the customary defensive lapses made the difference (all these enforced changes at the back throughout the season have not helped). There was good commitment from the players last week.and it would be nice to break this awful run. Travelling up with hope rather and expectation. Gayfield is glorious in the sun and there’s a more competitive season, we hope, to look forward to. A point here would be lovely meantime and another one at Starks.
