EOS Premier Division 2008-09: came 11th on 0. Inverness have come 9th on +1 ! Playoffs await them... Dumbarton were promoted via playoffs from SFL2 2011-12: finished 3rd on 0... Steven W Posted May 14 Share Posted May 14 Slightly off topic, but when Reading were winning during a match away to QPR in the English Championship on a Friday night last season , they went top with a negative goal difference. The season must have been a good 10+ games old, so was very unusual.
