Muhammad Adam signs from Motherwell, and Tam Brindley from Forfar.

Solid player tam, drives forward with the ball well and has a decent left foot and cross on him.

He can get stuck in but wasn't the most consistent defensively and you could always tell he's not a natural left back. would get caught out of position quite a bit.

Dylan Forrest moving on, while Ben Hughes returns after spending most of last year on loan at Hurlford.

Forrest now confirmed as joining us at Peterhead on a 2 year deal, no  of a fee.

That's disappointing. If he'd moved up a level then fair enough, but it's a shame to lose him to another League 2 club

He’s capable of playing at a higher standard than League 2, so a good signing for Peterhead even if going there shows a lack of ambition on his part.

Mark Russell (ex Morton and Falkirk) signs from Portadown. Also Harry Broun from Dumbarton (on loan to Johnstone Burgh for the second half of last season).

Is Broun expected to be first choice?

Any idea on the identity of the trialists? I see one of them got the 3rd goal tonight.

The only one I recognised was old favourite Paul Woods, who had a decent 45 minutes.
