Nice to see the tradition of photos being posted on here with nails needing sorted being followed.

There's a Stanley AFC that have just been promoted to the top flight of Perthshire Amateur FA after scoring 142 goals in 18 matches.

Can we sponsor them @Div

Also has there been a player of note in Scotland called "Stanley"?

Blackpool and England legend Stan Mortensen guested for Hearts in a wartime friendly against the RAF in 1943 but that seems like it shouldn't really count

Delighted to see Stanley has arrived, got worried when the suggestion came down the line that there should be a "next P+B pet" poll that Richey would struggle to find a cage and bag of assorted foodstuffs big enough for John Hughes.

I remember a Stan Anderson (Andersen?) who played for Clyde when I was a wee lad.

So, as far as I'm aware, no.

Define “in Scotland”. A born Scot, an eligible Scot, played in Scotland, or some combination. Stan McEwan, Stan Gullan and Stan Anderson all born in Scotland with varying levels of success,

As for Stanley, a noble looking rodent, and it begs the question has any poster on P&B assumed the account of an predecessor?
