bobbydazzler
First time visiting Westfield last night, lovely little set up for sure. On the park Haws blew Pace away quite convincingly, arguably could have had a few more goals too. Cracking start to the season for the Haws this year and a great first game in proper charge for Raeside.
jay1
Why did he leave St Andrews? Strange to get them promoted & then leave without having another club to go to until The Haws were managerless.

Urban Myth
Tynecastle 0 Musselburgh 6 Tynie are usually resilient at home but were blown away by the quality in the Musselburgh team. The result was never in doubt and probably flattered Tynie. Well worth their favourites tag but will be pushed hard by Jeanfield and The Haws on early season form

Saints decided to for a different coaching set up which Robbie didn’t fit into. I know it looks like we made a big mistake but it is very early in the season. i genuinely hope Robbie is a big success at the Haws.

Much like the social club.
Connor7
Haws, Jeanfield, Musselburgh. Can not see past one of them for winning the league.
bobbydazzler
another 6 goals and a clean sheet for the Haws today. Unplayable in the first half again and comfortably seen the game through in the second.
Spyro
Not one to go ref-bashing, I understand it's a hard job but Penicuik denied (what was maybe an undeserved) 3 points by the ref today. Booked Liam Hall for winning a nothing challenge whilst 2 yards away from the opposing player, then at 1-0 Penicuik the ref decides to book him again for another nothing challenge and Musselburgh typically score the spawniest goal from the free kick. Absolutely brutal decisions considering there wasnt a bad tackle made in the whole game Musselburgh looked better but were hardly a threat, Penicuik had it under control until the ref started giving Musselburgh everything in the last 10 mins. I would've took a draw this morning but seeing how the game went, absolutely raging at how piss-poor some of the decisions went. Penicuik were brilliant in the game plan and never put a foot wrong all game especially considering they were missing Forbes at the back after another brutal referee during the week. It's almost like some of these guys have never witnessed a football match in person before the SFA give them a whistle now
patriot1
Glenrothes 2 St Andrews 1 A disappointing defeat for Saints in a game we led at halftime. Glens had to play the last fifteen minutes with ten men but we thought we were Scotland in disguise and gave away a late penalty to lose a game we shouldn’t have lost.

Far to many boys in team not got enough balls to see out games. 4 games now they have taken the lead and only had 2 points from the possible 12.

monthehoose
Of the 3 promoted teams, Whitburn seem to be the only one who have improved enough to compete at this higher level, so far at least.

The downdie's were well worth the 3 pts today, should hav added a 3rd in the 2nd half, don't know how the ball stayed out. Fair play to the students however, they competed well and were very organised . All in all a good start to the season for the burnie, top half finish hopefully by the end of the season. With floodlights now being given permission to be installed at Central Park, the club now turns its attention to raising the funds to pay for them. Plans afoot for fundraising schemes to achieve this. 3G pitch planned after they're up and in place.
