We see there are many clubs who don't own their parks, majority we knew about, some we did not. I'll hopefully update this as information is received on posts or messages, It would be great if you know who owns club/park etc... paul-r-cfc Posted August 30 Share Posted August 30 Pollok own Newlandsfield and have done since 1948 when it was bought thanks to a loan from the Pollokshaws Co-operative Society. The club and its assets are owned by the members who can attend general meetings, serve on committee, assume offices etc. FAREPlay run Stepford following a community asset transfer - GCC presumably still own the property but do not run it. Lot of good work to build a new astro in place of the poor grass parks at the back of it, but still a lot of work needed to make it an appropriate senior venue.
