R&Y99
Yesterday was probably the worst I have seen us play in a while. Need a reaction performance here as the pressure is seriously mounting.
Fuctifano
Livi have just quietly gone about things while folk have been focused on Ayr and Falkirk. If we don't improve this has all the makings of a 0-2 without them having to get out of second gear.
KevMcK
Random question about this one. Few of us going to this game in hospitality but can't seem to find anything about dress code for it. Anyone have any idea what it is? Would shirt and jeans be allowed?

Any time I've been it's been a mixture of people being fully suited up and others in various forms of smart casual. You'll be fine if going jeans & shirt.

Yeah said as much in our last match thread, both Ayr and Falkirk got off to a flier, and are still the focus of attention, we're flying under the radar but sneaking up on them both. Falkirk, and Ayr all playing one another, so a win here would really get us in amongst them, looks like Thistle have improved a bit after a bad start, but still not fully up to speed. Prob going to be another shite first half from us, and we'll huff and puff till the subs come on and liven things up. 2-1 Livi.
thruthenight
If we have any aspirations of winning the league, beating an under performing Thistle is one of those things we need to do. On the other hand, Thistle aren't shite, they're just not at their best. 1-1
Ken Deans
Been shite from the start
oneteaminglasgow
Our home form (in the league) has actually been pretty decent - results wise - so hopefully we can continue that. Wasn't there yesterday so no idea how bad it was.

I said on another thread two or three weeks ago that I thought Livi were being underestimated. We could have a couple of our injured players back, but maybe one or two others out.

This is very much a difficult fixture from a Livi perspective.
Cptn Hooch
How's the pitch at Firhill these days? We still don't have Donnellan back after he got injured in the cup game there last season

He'll hopefully be like a January signing for us if we can get him back second half of the season.

We've probably got another couple of weeks saying that and then it'll be back to its usual winter quagmire.
Fuctifano
The home / away form thing is actually quite similar to the last few games of Archibald's spell. We'd won the first 3 home league games but lost our first 4 away games. We'd also had our standard Challenge Cup exit to a team from the 3rd tier but had at least got through the LC groups before getting beat by Celtic in the last 16. The final game was the 8th game of the league season at home to a team who had just finished bottom of the Premiership and they walked over the top of us to hand us our first home league defeat. Not great omens you'd have to say.
R&Y99
I wonder if we will stick to the same shape as the last few weeks or if Doolan will change it up. It makes us pretty solid defensively, but it is not allowing us to be creative going forward. Edited Tuesday at 09:15 by R&Y99
Claudia Gentile
We've been preserving the pitch by playing a lot more long balls this season.

hoobahabba Posted Monday at 21:07 Share Posted Monday at 21:07 I can see this being a 0-0. Both teams have looked fairly defensive so far. Wouldn't be a bad result for us but we have squad that is capable of winning.
