DJP
Main - There is only Light As said a few times, my mate and house mate was in Main and Loop, an Ambient band from Croydon (early 90's). Think there is another main (american band) who are screamo and not to be mistaken. When he was part of Loop they released a song called BE HERE NOW. Noel Gallagher had seen them at a few gigs as well (long before Oasis made it). When Oasis released the title in the 2000's, the band (although long split up) did think about suing Oasis (think were advised against it). But a pretty random name and strange how Oasis came up with the name. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAr9XAlU8nc Edited May 6, 2011 by DJP

DJP
Fatcat records probably my favourite current label. With the Excellent Twilight Sad, We Were Promised Jetpacks and Frightened Rabbit. Next band to check out for me (aware not fatcat) There Will Be Fireworks, anyone listened to them yet? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MihDdZPmy1o There Will Be Fireworks - Edited May 7, 2011 by DJP

JamboMikey
Aye, I started listening to There Will Be Fireworks a couple of years after a pal in Glasgow got me into them. Really good. They've all got full time jobs but they're in the middle of recording 2 albums the now apparently.
DJP
As said many a time, Love idlewild more then any other band and lost count on how many times I seen them, was not so keen on their newer music although this was one of their better songs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnsinSBWJEM
