Detournement Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 I've worked through Street Legal and Slow Train Coming over the past few days in my Dylanathon. Street Legal is frustrating because it has some great songs that sound average because of the production. Senor (Tales of Yankee Power) is tremendous though. Slow Train Coming is the first overt Christian album which must have been jarring at the time but the main thing is the production is a hundred times better thanks to Mark Knopfler and Aretha Franklin producer Jerry Wexler.
