I would just threaten to not renew the contract , worked for a friend of mine. There was a guy working yesterday who was leaving his own scent trail from 50 metres. Absolutely nauseating, stale musk. If they still will not give you it, ask for your PAC code. Asking for your PAC code will let them know you intend to leave. If they still don't offer you the deal (they will usually crumble to that) leave and then take out the new contract with the phone.It could be things like the offer is only at the Carphone Warehouse (most mobile companies take nothing to do with them). I went through Orange direct and they asked for £97.50,But i also went to Phones 4u and they are willing upgrade me for the phone he wants free.I will phone Orange on wed and tell them that and leave it up to them.
