Petty Things That Get On Your Nerves...

Recommended Posts

Decided to beat the over priced sandwich shops and bring in my own sannies to work today.

Spent £13.25 in Tesco to buy the appropriate ingredients but I feel it is a moral victory. <_<

This is both a RTBC and PTTGOYN I think.

p.s. Lyn Marie, you did a lot of swearing last night!!

The postponement of tonights game at Hamilton. I know it was called off yesterday but if it was still on I'd be sitting here looking forward to the game. This is the third game in a row I've now missed because of the weather and it's starting to get on my tits. I'm tempted holding off buying a ticket for Saturday's game because, god forbid, there might be a wee bit of patchy ice underneath the St James railway bridge and the game will be off. The pitch is FINE. I'm sorry but just grit the fecking roads/pavements etc. It's not difficult.

Sorry rant over, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to actually see ANY St Mirren games over the festive period. :(

It's a fucking shambles eh? Funny how they don't postpone a trip down to the shops with the missus, or a trip to the pub for a few Harry Bars.

The worst i'd ever had was when myself and my brothers went down to St. James' Park for the Newcastle V Charlton game. We were in the Charlton end, so we got speaking to guys who had paid £300 for a flight to Newcastle from London. The game eventually got canceled 15 minutes before kick off, because the slope upto the away end was icy.

Raging didn't quite define it.
